中国国际人才市场北京市场，是隶属于北京市人力资源和社会保障局所属的北京市人才服务中心开办的国际人才交流服务平台。2007年5月，经国家外国专家局批准成立，在国家外国专家局和北京市外国专家局的指导下，提供国际人才需求信息、开展国际人才培训及代理等多项服务，引进、推荐首都现代化建设所需要的国际化人才，为北京市经济建设和社会发展服务。
主要业务：
建立国际人才信息库；开展国际人才招聘，开发国际职业资格认证培训；为各类机关、企、事业单位提供聘请外国专家代理、为在华工作、生活的外籍人士提供法律咨询、医疗保障、职业介绍等服务。
1．收集、储存、发布国际人才供求信息，建立国际人才信息库，为用人单位及求职个人提供人才需求信息服务。
2．举办外籍人才招聘会，开展国际人才招聘业务。为外籍人才在京发挥才智，起到桥梁和纽带的作用，为供需双方提供人才供求信息，搭建市场交流平台。
3．开展国际人才培训业务，举办国际职业资格认证培训和各类专题国际研修班。
4．开展外国专家代理业务，包括外国专家证代办、法律咨询，医疗保险、职业介绍等全方位代理服务。

Introduction of China Services International·Beijing
China Services International·Beijing is a service platform for international exchange of talents run by Beijing Talent Service Center which is under the direct leadership of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. It was established in May, 2007 with approval of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, works under the supervision and guidance of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and Beijing Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. It aims to provide demand information on international talent, to develop international talent training & agency, etc., engaged in introduction, recommendation and training of international talents required by the Capital modernization, and thus undertakes a service for Beijing's economic and social development .
Major Business:
Establishing international talent database; developing international talent employment, international Vocational Qualification Certification training; providing agent services by hiring foreign experts for organs, enterprises and institutes; providing services of legal advice, health care, employment introduction , etc for the foreigners studying and working in China.
1. Collecting, reserving and releasing of information about supply and demand of international talents, establishing international talent database, providing information services about demand and supply for both employers and individuals.
2. Holding job fair for foreigners， developing international talents recruitment, serving as a bridge for foreigners to seek jobs in Beijing,setting up market exchange platform ,providing talent information of supply and demand for both employers and individuals.
3. Launching international talents training, running International Vocational Qualifications Certification training, holding all kinds of internationalseminars.
4. Engaged in service for foreign experts, including overall agent services suchas Foreign Experts Certificate, legal consulting, medical insurance,employment introduction,etc.
