Responsibilities
1.技术支持采购人员明确零部件和组件的技术要求。
2.对来自供应商的样品零部件进行预认证。
3.按照认证计划负责零部件在厂里或厂外的试验。
4.负责试验报告和最终认证报告的出具。
5.协调新零部件的试生产和批量生产的施行。
6.就技术问题与法国开发部与母厂进行联系。
7.负责产品技术文档管理。
8.负责生产线上相关技术问题的处理。
Requirements
1.本科学历, 材料或机电专业。
2.三年以上外企低压电器制造或相关行业经验。
3.能读懂技术图纸。
4.熟悉产品国产化流程。
5.熟悉产品的认证过程及材料测试。
6.英语口语和书写流利。
7.熟练掌握Pro. E软件。
培训与沟通专员
Responsibilities
1.组织年底的培训需求分析调查工作。
2.制定公司年度培训计划。
3.按程序要求执行培训计划，确保达成培训目标。
4.培训体系的持续改进及优化。
5.公司内部沟通的执行及流程的优化。
6.参与公司内部沟通宣传工作，及时传达公司上层政策、制度、通知。
7.组织实施一些特殊项目，如员工满意度调查。
8.组织实施员工职业发展项目。
Requirements
1.本科以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业。
2.优秀的组织、策划及沟通能力，工作积极热情。
3.三年以上培训及内部沟通工作经验。
4.英语听说读写流利。
Stamping tooling engineer冲压模具工程师
Responsibility
1.Scope of the job is for all molds (stamping part) that owned by suppliers side。
2.To lead stamping concerned activities in industrialization phase.
3.To propose & justify the most economical die investment, to finalize the die specifications, launch die quotation, participate in the supplier selection for die making & stamping from tooling point of view.
4.To ensure the die design and fabrication are conformed to die specification, manage supplier sample submission & confirm die rectification.
5.To confirm the feasibility, cost & lead time for die modification in the event of part design change.
6.To guarantee the tooling capacity reaches company requirement, and supply the information to tooling supervisor to plan the capacity increase.
7.To manage and monitor the tooling maintenance, spare parts proposal and ordering with the suppliers.
8.Regularly visit supplier to realize the audit of process & tooling, help the supplier to improve their manufacture process and product quality.
Requirements
Bachelor degree major in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Product
Good knowledge in stamping technologies, and knowledge in optimization of stamping conditions
Tooling Engineering background (tooling design, manufacture skill)
Project management skill
Good communication skill
Good written and oral English
设备维护工程师
Responsibility
1.撰写并随时更新预防性保养规程。
2.负责设备技术资料的整理（翻译）归档。
3. 组织并执行预防性维护。
4.迅速恢复损坏的设备，给予技术员和维修工充分的指导并亲自完成关键操作。
5.预见潜在的设备故障，防止意外停机。
6.重大维修后撰写总结报告。
7.建立备件列表，跟踪备件的消耗。
8. 设计绘制备件机械图纸。
Requirements
1.机械设计专业本科以上学历。
2.外资企业设备维护两年以上工作经验。
3.英语听说读写流利。
